Privacy Policy - Mobility Construction

Mobility Construction & Contracting Co., Inc. ("Mobility Construction," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at mobilityconstruction.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

Effective Date: October 19, 2026

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to personal information we collect through:

  • Our website at mobilityconstruction.com, including its contact forms, service inquiry forms, and other interactive features

  • Our Meta lead forms (Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms), including name, email address, phone number, and project details you submit through those forms

  • Direct communications with us by phone or mail

When you submit a Meta Instant Form, the information you provide is sent to us so we can follow up about your project. We use that information the same way we use website form submissions: to respond to your inquiry, provide estimates, and communicate about our services.

Meta's own Privacy Policy separately governs how Meta handles data on its platforms, available at www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. We do not control Meta's data practices. If you click a link from our Site to another site, that site's privacy terms govern your experience there.

A Note on Sensitive Information

Do not submit sensitive personal information through any form on this Site or through our Meta lead forms. This includes medical diagnoses, health records, insurance information, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or any other highly confidential information. Our forms are designed to collect basic project details only - your name, contact information, and a general description of your accessibility needs.

We do not intentionally collect or send sensitive health or financial information to Meta or any other advertising platform.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you fill out a contact form, request a free estimate, submit a Meta lead form, or otherwise reach out to us, you provide some or all of the following:

  • Name: first and last name

  • Contact information: email address, phone number

  • Address or location: home address, city, zip code

  • Project details: type of accessibility modification needed, property description

  • Communications: messages, questions, or notes you include in a form

You choose what to submit. We ask only for what we need to respond to your inquiry and assess your project.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain data is collected automatically by our hosting platform (Squarespace) and by advertising and analytics tools we use:

  • IP address

  • Device and browser information: device type, operating system, browser name and version

  • Pages visited: which pages you viewed and in what order

  • Referrer URL: the address of the page or ad that brought you to our Site

  • Timestamps: the date and time of your visit

  • Cookies and similar technologies: small data files placed on your device that help the Site function and support advertising measurement

Your choices around cookies and advertising tracking are described in the "Your Choices" section below.

Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you through Site forms and Meta lead forms, and directly from your browser and device through automated technologies. We do not purchase contact lists or acquire personal information from data brokers for use on this Site.

How We Use Your Information

Responding to inquiries and estimates. When you submit a contact, estimate request, or Meta lead form, we use your name, contact details, location, and project description to follow up with you by phone or email.

Operating and improving the Site. Automatically collected data helps us understand how the Site is used and where we can make it better.

Advertising and measurement. We use Meta Business Tools, including the Meta Pixel, on the Site. These tools allow us to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to Site visits and form submissions, build audiences of people who have visited the Site, and show relevant ads to people on Meta platforms. The Meta Pixel sends certain event data - such as page views and form interactions - to Meta. We configure these tools to avoid sending sensitive or prohibited information to Meta.

Legal and safety purposes. We retain and use information when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect the safety of our customers and staff, or to enforce our rights.

Meta Pixel and Meta Business Tools

We use the Meta Pixel and related Meta Business Tools on this Site. These tools are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

What the Meta Pixel Does

When you visit the Site, the Meta Pixel loads in your browser and sends information to Meta, including your IP address, browser characteristics, the pages you visited, and actions you took (such as viewing a service page or submitting a contact form). Meta uses this data to:

  • Attribute Site visits and form submissions to our Facebook and Instagram ads

  • Measure ad performance and reach

  • Build Custom Audiences (for example, people who visited the Site but did not submit a form)

  • Enable Lookalike Audiences based on Site visitors

What We Do Not Send to Meta

Meta's Business Tools policies prohibit advertisers from sending sensitive or prohibited information through URL parameters, pixel events, custom audiences, or custom data fields. Categories Meta identifies as prohibited include health and medical information, financial account details, Social Security numbers, and similar sensitive data.

We do not configure our pixel or any other Meta integration to transmit that type of information. This is also why we ask you not to include sensitive health or financial details in Site forms or lead forms.

Meta's Own Data Practices

When Meta receives data through its Business Tools, Meta processes that data under Meta's own Privacy Policy at www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. Mobility Construction does not control how Meta stores or uses data once Meta receives it.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information for money.

  • Squarespace: Our website hosting platform processes Site data to operate and deliver the Site

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: Advertising measurement and audience tools via Meta Pixel and lead form data transfer

  • Analytics and advertising vendors: Site performance measurement and ad effectiveness

  • Professional advisers: Attorneys, accountants, and insurers, under confidentiality obligations

  • Legal authorities: Courts, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or legal process

  • Business successors: A buyer or successor entity if Mobility Construction is acquired, merged, or sold

A Note on State Privacy Laws and Advertising Disclosures

Some state privacy laws - including laws in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others - define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly. Under those definitions, disclosing browsing data to advertising platforms like Meta through tracking technologies may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even when no money changes hands. Your opt-out options are described in the "Your Choices" section below.

Your Choices

Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings menus. Blocking cookies may prevent some Site features from working and limits the data that advertising pixels collect. Check your browser's help section for steps.

Meta Ad Preferences

If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can review and adjust how Meta uses your information for ads at www.facebook.com/ads/preferences.

Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out

The Digital Advertising Alliance offers an opt-out tool for interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info. This opt-out places a preference cookie in your browser; if you clear your cookies, you need to opt out again.

Contact-Based Opt-Out

To request that we stop using your information for advertising purposes or to submit any other privacy request:

  • Phone: (732) 677-3278

  • Mail: 958 Adelphia Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728-8890

The Site does not currently have a cookie preference center or pop-up consent tool. The controls listed above are the available mechanisms.

Data Retention

We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as it is relevant to your project or our business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward in case questions arise. Automatically collected data is retained according to the default retention settings of Squarespace and any analytics or advertising tools in use. If you ask us to delete your information, we honor that request to the extent we are not required by law or legitimate business need to retain it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through the Site, including relying on Squarespace's platform security for data in transit and at rest. No website transmission is completely secure. Submitting information through the Site is at your own risk, which is one more reason not to include sensitive financial or health information in form submissions.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through the Site, contact us at (732) 677-3278 or by mail and we will delete it.

State Privacy Rights

Depending on the state where you live and subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and opt out of certain uses of your information for advertising. We honor these requests to the extent required by law.

How to Submit a Request

  • Phone: (732) 677-3278

  • Mail: Mobility Construction & Contracting Co., Inc., 958 Adelphia Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728-8890

We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically 45 days for initial responses.

Identity Verification

To protect your information, we verify your identity before fulfilling a request. For most requests, providing your name, phone number, and the email address or mailing address you used when contacting us is sufficient.

Authorized Agents

If you authorize another person to submit a privacy request on your behalf, that agent contacts us through the same channels listed above. We ask for written confirmation of the authorization and verify your identity directly with you before acting.

Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to other websites. Clicking those links takes you off our Site and out of the scope of this policy. We have no control over the privacy practices of third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or data handling.

Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when our data practices change. When we make a material change, we post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
